Our Refund Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change this Refund Policy at any time.


By making a purchase through the website you declare and agree to be bound by the conditions described below. Our Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights.



Due to the nature of our products (digital products) offered through the website we do not issue refunds once the product has been shipped via email. Generally, all product purchases are final and non-refundable.

Weltsound reserves the right to review and consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be made within 14 days after receipt of the product and files via email. Refund requests made after 14 days will not be considered.

Weltsound does not provide refunds in any of the following cases:


  • The user no longer needs the purchased product.
  • The user has changed his/her mind or has found an alternative product.
  • The user is unable to use the product due to hardware or software limitations, i.e., does not have the synthesizer compatible with the product.
  • The user is unable to use the product due to lack of knowledge.
  • We do not guarantee the use of the product with cracked or illegally downloaded software.


Weltsound strongly advises checking what software and/or hardware is required to use the products and what are the minimum hardware requirements to use the software. Such information is always provided on the product pages. Weltsound does not refund products which require other software to use (Digital Audio Workstation-specific libraries, Software Synth Preset Banks). The user is responsible to have knowledge required to use the product.

In the case of defective products, please contact us through our contact information and we will issue a refund or store credit if your product is proven to be defective or not as described.




Once your refund request is approved, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your refund to be processed and completed. The refund will be made via the original payment method. If after 5 business days from the approval of the refund request, you have not received the refund, please contact us through our contact information.
